Dan Impemba

Dan Impemba, instructor at Impemba Music Studio

An avid musician since joining middle school band in 2007, Dan has played tuba throughout college and beyond. Since graduating from Michigan State University in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in music education, he's successfully taught instrumental music to hundreds of students across Michigan.

Beyond his expertise playing low brass instruments, Dan has played acoustic, electric, and bass guitar since 2017. He has experience using multiple effects and loop pedals.

Teaching philosophy
"Learning to play an instrument is a wonderful outlet for expression. My goal is to give each of my students the skills to craft their own unique sound."

From day one, Dan works to design lessons that fit the needs of each student. Whether they're preparing for a concert in the school band or taking up guitar as a hobby, he has the resources and experience to help reach any goal.
